Welcome to Take Me To The Rave.
These Terms of Service apply when you visit our website, purchase products from us or otherwise use our online store. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Take Me To The Rave, and “you” and “your” refer to the customer or website user.
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. OUR STORE
Take Me To The Rave is an independent clothing and lifestyle brand specialising in rave and festival-inspired clothing, accessories, reworked garments, limited pieces and personalised products.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.
2. PRODUCTS
We make every reasonable effort to display and describe our products accurately.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or display settings.
Some Take Me To The Rave products are handmade, hand-finished, reworked, vintage, pre-existing or individually customised. Because of this, small variations, markings and differences between pieces may occur and form part of the individual character of the garment.
Where a garment is vintage, reworked or pre-owned, any significant existing wear, marks or imperfections known to us will be described or shown where reasonably possible.
Measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Customers should check the relevant product description and sizing information before ordering.
3. ONE-OFF & REWORKED ITEMS
Some products are unique or available in extremely limited quantities.
Once a one-off item has sold, we may not be able to replace it with an identical item.
Reworked garments may have characteristics associated with their original construction or previous life. These are not necessarily considered faults where they have been clearly described or shown before purchase.
Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.
4. PERSONALISED & CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Some products can be personalised with names, wording, dates or other customer-selected details.
You are responsible for checking the spelling, wording and information you provide when placing a personalised order.
Once production of a personalised or made-to-order product has begun, we may be unable to change or cancel the order.
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights that apply to standard online purchases.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or does not match what you ordered.
5. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• a product is unavailable;
• there has been an obvious pricing or listing error;
• payment has not been authorised;
• we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or
• we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
6. PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.
The total price payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
7. DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS
Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be used together with another promotion.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions where reasonably necessary, provided this does not affect orders already accepted under the promotion.
8. DELIVERY
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are displayed during checkout or within our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver orders within the timeframe stated and in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided, additional postage charges may apply before the order is resent.
9. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
For eligible goods purchased online, UK consumers generally have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving their goods without giving a reason.
After notifying us of the cancellation, eligible goods must generally be returned within a further 14 days.
Returned products should be handled only as much as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit, in a similar way to examining an item in a shop.
We may make a deduction from a refund where the value of an item has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights, including products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Nothing in our Returns & Refund Policy or these Terms limits your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
10. RETURN POSTAGE
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise required by law, customers may be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.
Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for the return procedure.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning an item.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, Take Me To The Rave branding, original artwork, graphics, logos, photographs, product designs, website content and other original creative material belong to Take Me To The Rave or are used by us with permission.
Our content must not be reproduced, copied, commercially exploited, distributed or used to create products for resale without our permission, except where permitted by law.
Purchasing one of our products does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property associated with the artwork, branding or design.
12. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use our website:
• for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• to transmit malicious software or harmful code;
• to attempt to obtain unauthorised access to our systems; or
• to infringe our rights or the rights of another person.
13. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
Because some of our products are one-off, handmade, reworked or produced in limited quantities, an item may become unavailable.
Where we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable product.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may use third-party services for functions including payments, delivery, analytics and website functionality.
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Information submitted through the store may therefore be processed by Shopify and other service providers as necessary to operate the website and fulfil orders.

15. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We do not exclude or restrict your statutory rights, including your rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
16. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where such circumstances significantly affect your order, we will take reasonable steps to contact you and minimise disruption.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
17. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us.
Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable law.
The Terms applying to an order will generally be those in effect when that order was placed.
The latest version will be published on our website with the date it was last updated.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
