Every piece in our collection is made to order. This means your item is created especially for you once your order is placed — we rarely hold pre-made stock.

Please allow 1-3 working days for production before your order is dispatched. (Some times we can ship same day!)

SHIPPING

UK Orders
Standard delivery is free on all UK orders. Once dispatched, please allow 2–4 working days for delivery.

International Orders (EU, US, Canada, Australia & Rest of World)
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Once dispatched, please allow 7–14 working days for delivery, depending on your country.

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.

Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order if you are unsure.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because our pieces are made to order and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our contact page with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

We take great care in the quality of every piece we create. If something isn't right, we want to know.
